OVERVIEW

Varanasi, the spiritual capital of India, is situated on the banks of the holy River Ganges. Prayagraj is a historic pilgrimage center where the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati meet. Ayodhya, a significant religious destination for Hindus, is about 190 kilometers from Prayagraj and is associated with Lord Ram.


ITINERARY

Day 1

Upon reaching varanasi, check in at the hotel, after resting, city s/s (BHU, Sankat mochan, Tulsi manas mandir, durga temple), evening aarti with boat ride.

Day 2

Early morning visit to all major temples ( kalbhairav, kashi vishwanath, annapurna temple, vishalakshi temple) then back to hotel. Afternoon visit to Sarnath then indulge in some shopping for silk sarees and handicrafts. Night stay in hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast leave for bodhgaya and check in at hotel. Bodhgaya sight seeing then come back to hotel.

Day 4

Early morning visit to Gaya (Vishnupath, falguni river,etc.). After lunch come back to varanasi for night stay.

Day 5

Varanasi-> Prayagraj (Triveni sangam, hanuman niketan, bhriguraj ashram, aalopi mata temple, Nehru bhawan etc.) After sight seeing leave for ayodhya.

Day 6

After breakfast visit Ram janmbhoomi, hanuman garhi, dashrath bhawan, etc. then back to varanasi.

Day 7

After breakfast according to flight/train timings departure.

Accommodation- Hotel based on availability and demand.

  • All Transfers and sight seeing throughout the tour by an individual Air Conditioned vehicle.
  • Driver charge / Bhatta, Toll, Tax, Parking Charge .
  • One time boat ride in Varanasi.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Revised service tax (9%) to be paid extra,
  • Airfare/Train fare/Guide Charges/Language spoken/Monuments entrance fees.
  • Any kind of personal expenses such as monument Fees, laundry, telephone bills and alcoholic
  • beverages. Camera fees (still or movie).
  • Personal Expenses such as drinks, telephone, laundry bills etc.
  • Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions,political closures, technical faults etc.
  • Services of Local English Speaking Guide during sightseeing as per choice.

PAYMENT

  • For any booking, we need a deposit and the balance will be collected on your arrival.
  • If you are traveling during peak dates like Christmas, New Year, or any festivals, full payments will be needed in advance.
  • It is not compulsory to pay full advance payment, but that totally depends upon case to case basis. If the guests are making last minute bookings and their travel dates lies within 30 days then we prefer taking 100% payment in advance.
  • If our guests are travelling in the peak seasons (November to February), than we doneed 75% of the payment in advance. However for guests traveling in other months,an advance payment of 50% is more than enough. The remaining payment is collected after your arrival in India.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
  • Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
